  • Face Coverings On School Grounds

    As infection rates continue to rise across the county, the Director of Public Health and the Director of Children and Family Services request that face coverings are worn by parents and carers at school pick up and drop off times in Leicestershire.  Please help us to keep each other safe by following this guidance with immediate effect.

    ParentPay has been in use at Battling Brook for a few years now and has proved to be easy to use and beneficial to the vast majority of our parents/carers.  Thank you to all who ensure that their child’s account always remains in credit by making regular top-ups on line to pay for both school lunches and visits/activities.

  • Learning begins at 8.45am

    For some time now, class teachers have been setting work for children to begin as soon as they come into school at the first, 8.45am bell.  The vast majority of our children arrive early enough to begin their lessons at this time.
