We would love to invite you to our PTFA Annual General Meeting (AGM) on:

Tuesday 29th September 2026 - meet at 6.00pm for a 6.30pm start, at
Battling Brook Primary School. Please come to the office to be shown where to go. 

The meeting will last around 60 minutes.

The PTFA is a fantastic way to support our school and make a real difference to the children. At the AGM, you’ll have the chance to:

• Find out how the money raised has been spent.

• Hear about our plans for the year ahead.

• Help shape the future of the PTFA.

• Meet the committee and other parents.

• Get involved with upcoming events and fundraising.

We will also be electing the PTFA Committee for the year ahead. All current committee members are happy to stand again, but new nominations are very welcome.

You don’t have to join the committee to get involved! Whether you can help at an event, volunteer occasionally or simply come along to support us, we would love to have you.

If you would like to find out more about joining the committee, please email us or come and see us at the PTFA tuck shop on Fridays from 3pm.

As a registered charity, committee members automatically become charity trustees.
